If you don't mind the overflowing dumpsters, trash blowing through the parking lots, excessive noise, cheap construction, maintenance problems and over priced rent, look no further. I have rented many times and this one is a lemon! The undersized dumpsters overflow nightly, the trash blows through the complex, and at 7a.m. it sounds like a demolition derby when they are emptied. The apartments have very little insulation and the windows and doors don't seal properly. The wind blows right through them during storms. Maintenence could never fix the electrical problems in my apartment. Sometimes the outlets and lights would work, most of the time they didn't. Forget parking if you drive anything larger than a Neon. I had to park my truck outside the gate many times. I suggest going on vacation to get a good night's sleep. The noise at Briargate is unbelievable and only made worse by kids skateboarding through the hallways on Sunday mornings. The staff is usually to busy to acknowledge your presence in their office, even when you have an appointment to resign a lease. In summary, I would seriously look elsewhere and not consider this complex in your search.
