I just recently moved in and found some of the comments quite funny. Thus far I have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and maintenance staff alike. I did have a leak, which nobody could have predicted, upon moving in. The maintenance staff was fast and courteous in taking care of the situation! They were clean and left my apartment in the condition which should be expected...the same as when they entered. Management was amazing as well throughout the entire situation. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs, asked me if there was anything they could do for me and even got me a gift card for my inconvenience! I have not experienced anything negative with any of the staff to date, everyone has been plesant and accomodating to my needs. I am sorry to hear that others have not had the same experience as me...makes you wonder about the validity of these sites huh' One person's castle can be another person's shack, it's all in the way you look at things!
