DO NOT MOVE HERE

I moved here in Nov 2005 and when the management takes you on a tour they make it seem like your moving into heaven. Theres many problems here and management does NOTHING to correct them. On trash days they dont bring the dumpsters around until 2pm....thats if the golfcart thingy that brings them is working, if not you have to go out of your way to drop it in the bins. We left trash on the patio for 1 day because the bins never came, and we got a notice on the door saying the balcony has trash on it, so we called the office and they said "its not our fault the vehicle that brings the dumpsters around is broken".
If you work nights, dont think about sleeping in, as the maintenance people are running weedeaters, lawn mowers, leaf blowers right outside your window at 8am. Theres dogs barking, dogs howling all night, its a mess.
The walls are so thin, I can hear the people upstairs having sex.
The parking is an absolute freakin joke. We have 2 cars and most of the time, we had to park on the street. If my vehicle was on the line, I would get window paint all over my vehicle the next morning.
The Washer and Dryer are a piece of work. 1 month after we moved in, the screws came apart, ok call maintenance. They come over, try putting them in and it dosent work. So they will order them. Went 5 months and NOTHING. Finally they come back, and same thing happens. So weve been without a dryer for like 6 months and the office dosent give a crap.
In the winter, the gates freeze open, so anyone can come on in to the complex. Weve had to call the cops on the kids across from us numerous times for being loud in the parking lot at 3AM and last weekend had some girl screaming bloddy murder at 3am in the parking lot.
I cant wait to get out of this place, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

That sucks that you don't know how to park. However, I never wrote on windows unless the car or truck was well over the line. Welcome to Colorado where parking is limited, learn how to park or take public transportation. Parker doesn't stand for large areas for parking. It's frustrating to others who also have cars or trucks and someone like you decides that because they have a car or truck and are in a hurry it's okay to take up more than one space. Well, news flash not the managements fault; that one was your own.
