After reading all the negative comments, I just had to write and say that I have had a great living experience here and I am sad to be moving across town. The units are beautiful, crown molding, all appliances work fine, and the one big problem I had, Chris the maintenance guy was here within a day. I agree that I liked Carmel's management better, they had fun events like casino nights and bbq with prizes and other fun things like that, and the new management doesn't do that at all. I have never had a mice problem. With the large grounds the lawn crew has to start early in the morning or they wouldn't get done.. and then you'd be complaining that the grass wasn't mowed often enough. The gates have to stay open when the snow gets deep or we'd be locked in or out. Some people just like to complain! I've lived here since January of 2003 and have had many friends that have as well, and we've all loved it. I personally know of two people that were evicted for excessive partying and noise, so if you have issues you need to contact the office and be persistent.
