I have nothing good to say about the staff at this place. Everyone is RUDE! I've lived here for 7 months already and can't wait until March to get out of here. Everytime I come in for anything I get looked at like I'm a child and like I'm not good enough for these snooty people, the best part about that is that I'm probably older than all of the people working there. Victoira looks like she hasn't even graduated high school and she's looking at me like I'm the young one. There's always new people in the office and it takes everyone days to actually notice that you've walked in to there. The newest gal working there Rashida or something is always on the phone and never greets anyone. I hope she's just a temp because she's horrible. And don't ever try to go in there on the weekends because they don't even work they just sit there so if you need anything done and you tell them on the weekends you might as well wait until monday to let anyone know or you might have to tell them 15 times.

Jesus, just how many times are you making trips to the management office? I mean that is ALL you talked about was the management. Did you not live in one of the apartments? Because from all you have spoken about, seems like you spent most of your time in the management office. I am seriously looking for an apartment, and could really care less about the front office-bc I won't be spending time there. All I need to know is if they are safe and if they are nice quality looking apartments. Why do I keep running into comments like these. Especially about the apartments that are supposed to be the nicest in town. If you think this place is so horrible why not refer someone like myself (looking for a decent place to live around that area) to a BETTER place? All I see are complaints about management from people like you, yet they have NOT ONE WORD nice to speak, and I can plainly see these are nice apartments. How am I to believe, while looking at the photos and descriptions on Rent.com, that the Safety, Parking, Construction, Noise, Office Staff, AND maintenance are ALL bad when people like you only have ONE complaint and cannot totally justify the low scores you gave in all the other categories? I have looked at ratings on FAR WORSE apartments that LOOK far worse and have better ratings than were given HERE!? I am really trying to look for a place to live, and people like you are acting immature and not grading these apartments fairly because you demand so much respect and attention. I can't wait for the day you own a house and realise how much responsibility you will be in charge of. It's pointless even looking at ratings on this site because people take things so personally. All Im doing is looking for a place to live.

Sorry, I live in Briargate and the poster had a point! We had drug dealers living below us (cops were called, tenants complained, noisy until 3 or 4 a.m. almost every night, robberies were occuring, over 25 different people in and out all hours of the night, etc.) and management didn't take care of it for months. I have had my front porch light out for months, with many complaints and it's never been fixed. You guys obviously don't understand what you need management for...if something's broken, they should fix it, if you have problems (especially serious ones where you fear for safety), they should listen, etc. These people are horrible! You have to take into consideration they are so bad there are people moving out everyday! If you want good apartments, try the Lodge and Castle Pines, I have friends who live there and they love the mangement!

It's true, I too live at Briargate and the management team seems to have difficulties actually solving real problems. I have the worst upstairs neighbor ever and have complained several times about the excessive noise. While I am told that the tenant has been given several warnings and threatened with eviction, she continues to make noise at all hours of the night and early morning. I am moving to solve the problem, because it has become obvious that they have no consideration for the well being of their unhappy tenants. I will say that the newest group of employees in the mgt office are a lot better than most. As far as safety goes, I haven't had any problems. I have fallen asleep with my front door unlocked on a few a occassions and no one broke in or even attempted to do so. I do not fear for my safety when in the complex, I actually moved to this complex from Aurora for safety reasons. I can promise it is a lot safer at Briargate than at my last complex and realistically, there is a potential for danger and crazy people ANYWHERE. That is unfortunately just the condition of the world we live in. Also, anyone interested in living here should know that the rent will increase drastically each time you sign a new lease. So if you do decide to live at this complex, sign the longest lease available.
