I have been living here for a year now and have never seen such turnover as far as management. My husband and I are currently looking for a new place to live and have found that we are paying the highest rent around here and for that we get horribly kept grounds, rude management, requests not filled (our front porch light has been out for over six months...how hard is that to change...and now I have to come home to a completely dark porch...scary!), etc. Yes, it is the responsibility of the tenants to pick up after their dogs, however, if I am paying this much, I would expect the grounds to be kept clean. There is dog feces everywhere, cigarette butts littering the grounds, broken sprinkler heads whose sharp parts have been laying around, etc. I can't even let my three year old go play in the snow or grass because I don't know what she'll step on. We had horrible tenants living below us, who were loud until 4 a.m., many of us saw them dealing drugs and we all reported it, yet management did nothing for months. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. YOU PAY FOR LUXURY AND DON'T EVEN GET CLOSE. Which is really too bad because the apartments are nice. Also, with a daughter and what was going on below us, I was in fear for our safety for months, and with many residents reporting it, that should have been taken care of immediately! Over 10 people were living in a two bedroom apartment.

Yes, our wonderful neighbors were the ones to bail a week before eviction! Management left quite a bit of stuff out in front of garage - and during a huge wind storm, no less. I had to tell them if the stuff blew into someones car they were going to be responsible for damage. I think that got them because it was removed a short time later.
