We have really enjoyed living here at Briargate. Before moving in, we literally looked at every complex in the Parker area, and Briargate is by far the nicest. The community is quiet and safe (we never even hear our neighbors), and the apartments are big and open. We have found the office staff to be very friendly and easy to work with. We have called maintenance twice to fix things, and both times he was at our apartment within 30 minutes. The only complaint we have is that our utilities can get pretty high. Overall though, Briargate is a great place to live!

So how long have you been here? They must think of you as "fresh meat" and are losing so many people they're hoping to keep you. I have yet to hear anyone say anything good about office staff here, so either you're one of them, or still in the "honeymoon" phase.

Why do you haters have to be so rude and respond mean things to people you do even know. Grow up, shut up, and get a life if this is all you have to do on your spare time then thats just sad. I have lived here two years and never had a problem the staff does change a lot but they are always helpful and nice. Again if your that unhappy move out no one wants to live near Deddie downer.
