I never actually moved into to Briargate on Main (Thank the Lord!). I was set to move into a specific unit for three months. --- in the office assured me that the carpeting would be replaced since there was obviously a plethra of cats living there. The night before I was supposed to move in they refused to show me the unit. This was because not only was the carpet not replaced bu it hadn't even been cleaned! Long story short, they didn't replace the carpet. The unit was a mess and was covered from door to door in cat pee and smelled absolutely disgusting! There was even cat pee on one of the walls. I was basically left homeless for two weeks, but I am so thankful that I don't live there. I ended up in an excellent apartment for the exact same price monthly that is about 200 square feet larger. And let me tell you, the office staff can't be beat. Briargate is filled with a bunch of ghetto airheads that can't tell there heads from their behinds! Trust me... don't move here! I've never had such a blessing in disguise in my life!

I'm living at Trailside just down the street on Mainstreet and Twenty Mile. I absolutely love it!!! For the same price I would have paid at Buttgate for a one bedroom I have a one bedroom and a den w/ two patios and a fireplace in my bedroom!!! It's excellent!! And BRAND NEW CARPET!!! I'm so happy things worked out the way they did. I hope you can get out of that wretched place! :)
