In order to meet the financial goal of becoming debt free, we decided that we needed to move into an apartment. This was a really hard decision because we have two small children. After looking at a couple of places in Parker and Aurora, we found Briargate. I assumed they would be much to expensive for our budget but my husband insisted on stopping and looking. Boy are we glad we did. We absolutely LOVE this place!! The apartment is cozy and open, giving it more the feel of a condo or townhome. The maintenance staff just can not be beat, the only complain I have is that they show up so quickly that I never have time to clean the place before they get here! We have not had any problems with the complex or the staff. I must admit, some of the residents drive a little too fast for me around here, they really can not seem to park straight, and parents need to learn to watch their children. But that is to be expected with apartment living. I love the complex, my kids have places to play the pool and gym are nice. I haven't had the chance to use the club room, although it is really nice! The few times I had to go to the office for something, the problems were immediately solved. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
