The staff is completly rude and incompetent. I thought we could handle it because the apartments are great. It began before we even moved. They started by lying about the square footage, they wouldn't show us anything else but the model. They continually lied to me about when I could see a place that was in the style I wanted. When I went to talk to the manager about it, one girl continually interrupted me to throw in her input. Every time I go back she does the same thing, she is rude, mean and unprofessional. The girl we signed our lease with is no longer there. I call them once a week to fix something, the place is falling apart. When we moved in nothing was cleaned. If they could fire that one girl and get better staff it might be worth it. Not to mention the fees they charge us in order for a company in California to send us a bill. On top of that they have been double charging us for pet rent. If it wasn't for our duplicates on our check we would have been fined for nothing. Idiotic staff, not the new girl but the other one that won't leave. The maintenance staff is awesome and the kitchen is beautiful. However, that's not good enough. The water is horrible, they won't fix it. The resident has to buy filters for everything. No recycling and they are breaking the law by not having CO2 detectors. On top of that when we first turned on our fire place, the whole apartment starting smelling like gas. I called and was told that is normal the first time. Well it kept happening, so I called back and the girl began arguing with me! Finally they sent someone out and lo and behold, there was a gas leak.

Let me guess... the girl that is so rude is named something like Roshawnda??? If so, that is quite possibly the most ignorant individual I have ever come across! I feel for you... get the heck out of there!

Your hope that a change in staff will resolve the issues is wishful thinking. I moved into this complex 5 years ago when I relocated to Denver, signing an 18 month lease because I bought into all the "good" things Briargate offered. After 1 1/2 years of nothing but problems with resultant horror stories, I happily moved into a condo in Windmill Creek in Englewood. Much Much happier and better building construction...the appliances actually work and I don't have to deal with office staff who are not necessarily qualified for their positions. Good luck...and watch out for the upcoming annual fall mice infestation!

I do not agree with any of the above statements. You people are so incredible broken, having to tear other people down to make yourself feel whole. Grow up and get a life and a good paying job so you can BUY and not RENT. I have lived at Briargate on main for a little over a year now and when I go into the office which is not much because I live in my APARTMENT NOT THE OFFICE, the people have always been both nice and professional. By the way the inside of apartments are the best in Parker and I have looked all over Parker trust me. Bottom line the apartment are nice.
