We've lived here almost a year and like it a lot. We've only had to put in a couple of minor maintenance requests. But when we have, they have been handled within a couple of hours not days like some places.

Again we like living here. We like the area, we like the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has a nice interior with pretty kitchen cabinets, plenty of counter space, as well as appliances and flooring that is in really good shape. We also enjoy our big windows, closets and master bathroom with the Roman tub. Even our friends say it's a nice apartment. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Regarding the last review, I have dealt with Amber and had no problem with her. She was helpful and nice and answered all of my nit-picky questions to a tee. The management team here is kept pretty busy with a complex this large, but I have never had anyone be rude.

When we first moved in, the complex had just recently switched management and there were a few kinks to work out and one of our payments went missing. We provided the information needed, voiced our complaint and the management team took care of it. And to be fair they have ironed a lot of the kinks out and are working to make Cherrywood an even better place to live.
