Terrible Community - Go to Stone Canyon instead...

This community was purchased by Greystar last year and ever since then, it has gone downhill. The market that the pool and hot tub are open year round, however, they deadbolt the pool except in the summer and the hot tub stays a warm 20 degrees. They lie about everything and try to fix problems on the apartments only the HALF ASS everything so it then breaks again a week later. Go to STONE CANYON if you want to live in Parker. DONT STAY AT CHERRYWOOD OR RANCHSTONE!!!! I have been a resident for over 2 years and i am eagerly awaiting my contract to end to get out of this hell hole.
