As long as you don't care about service...

It's a decent place, as long as you don't care about service. I've been here 2 1/2 years. When the starter on the fireplace wouldn't work, they told me I would just have to light the pilot manually. The keypad on the Elliptical in the Fitness Center has been broken for 2 months and each time I ask about it I get a different story (3 different stories today from 1 person). When the water begins to smell of sulfer, they take 2 - 3 services to finally do the job right and fix it (it's happened 3 times since I've been here). And to top it off, the people in the Leasing Office don't really care about your problems and will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get rid of you. If you can live with those things, it's not bad.

To top this, very little was done to the parking lot after the pre-Christmas blizzard. As of this past Monday, there was still an ice sheet 3 - 4 inches think in most of the parking lot and no salt, sand or ice melt had been added since the pre-Christmas blizzard. Numerous complaints were made to the leasing office and they did very little if anything at all to make the parking lot any safer.
