i moved into the apartments across the street owned by cherrywood called ranchstone from arapahoe county when i was in the 7th grade when my parents divorced because we couldnt afford anywhere else that wasnt GHETTO. The apartments are amazing, spatious, and tidy for a decent price. The pools are heated and i felt safe walking my dog in the middle of the night or walking to the school bus when its still dark out. When our AC broke, the maintence guy came within a couple of hours. Also residents of cherrywood and ranchstone had acess to both club houses, pools, and work out rooms. The club houses were the first places my friends and i would go to because they were so nice.

The only PROBLEM is that the majority of the teenagers that live there either deal or are on drugs.. I think its either because they are all getting bored so they smoke weed and then get even dumber. Also all they thought about was sex. but o well.
Also our neighbor that lived above us is young also, probably in her 20s and her and her boyfriend always got into fights at 2am after they would come back from going out.We only lived there for 4 months but comparing to the apartments ive had to live in throughout my life...HEAVEN. but i guess the only problem is all the young people that like to make noise :/

but either than that...this was the first place i recommended to my boyfriend when we started looking for a place to stay next year. We just hope the price kinda drops.
(but prices kind of vary we lived in a 2 room and only paid 800, the website says 720 for one room but id go in and talk to them)
