I actually live in the Ranchstone apartments across the street but they are owned by the same company and, unfortunately, I have to go through Cherrywood for all inquiries. The staff can put on a friendly appearance if needed, but have absolutely NO follow through. It is like pulling teeth to get maintenace over to your apartment and I always get the same response: give us your phone number and I will call you right back. Out of the 7 times I have recieved this reponse I got one call back. The apartments are pretty nice, though parking is a big problem. If you get home later than 7 or 8pm on a weeknight you are stuck parking at least three buildings away. Also, the police are frequent visitors of these apartments. Otherwise all ok. We just signed for another year so it is not all bad. I just wish they would teach staff to communicate and stop making residents feel like they are unimportant. You will be their first priority when you are signing your lease, but once you are a resident, good luck!
