I have lived this apartments or a couple of months so far and I have to live here almost a year....

Overall, I haven?t had good things for this apartment. I am living first floor. But I think it really depend where your apartment is located and what type of apartment. One thing I have gotten lackey was I got special price rent. If I didn?t, I wouldn?t be able to live here. The regular prices are SO SO expensive for this quality and everything.

Fist of all, apartment itself
?This apartment is made simple or THIN. I hear almost everything what people above me do something. I can even tell where they walk. Their laundry, shower, toilet, TV, telephone?Etc.
?I heard these apartments are 2 years old but I found a lot of things were broken already from the beginning of my lease; heater, bathroom knob, window shade, washer and dryer, fridge?Etc.
?streets are TOO narrow within the complex and too narrow a parking entrance. (it depends) Brick pillars are so obstacle to enter the parking.
?There are not many guest parking. sometimes my neighbors park in front of my parking and I have to find out who parked.
?A lot of things such as the switches of light, the way of kitchen structure, the laundry place are inefficient.

Second, BAD quality of management and stuff correspondence
?As far as I have experienced, every time I moved into new place, the stuff explained me the basic rules and about apartments. But the complex stuff didn?t explain me anything. Where is my mail box. Where is a trash container.
?They just explained about amenities but they didn?t give a card to access to those. They told me they would give me a call about a card but they never did. Even other matters, they never give me a call even though they said they would. Plus, when I finally got a card and went to amenity, it didn?t work and couldn?t get in.
?Some stuff even have smile but you can tell that are fake. Others don?t even smile and so rude. I really hate to go to the leasing office to talk to them about matters.

Third, this is not only this apartment complex but also all around this area. You have to accept and sign about airplane noises but it sometimes so bothers and annoying. It?s LOUD!!!

This complex looks nice but there is not much quality inside once you start living. I will definitely move out and find a new place after my lease. If you like this apts, I suggest that to pick up nice location and make sure what type of apts are available.
