The apartments are very appealing and have great curb appeal. However, the apartments are not built well. Every single room in the apartments, at least one of the walls would get a crack. In one case it went from end to end, and multiple times. Also, after a rainstorm we had a very wet floor from rain coming in the patio door. The maintenance staff is very nice, but with the amount of problems they can barely keep up.

Parking totally sucks, there is so little visitor parking, that people park in front of others garage. Imagine my surprise to leave for work and find a car parked directly behind mine. 4 hours late for work the car was moved!! Luckily I am able to work from home so there was no impact but not everyone is so lucky.

Do not get me started on Trash...what a f'ing nightmare this is. The compactor is far away from certain buildings, so you have to load your trash into your car to drive it to the compactor, only to find out that it is BROKE! So people have just left rotting trash beside the compactor. Ever been near trash baking in a hot sun...imagine that in your apartment complex, I feel bad for the poor souls that live near that disaster. This is just gross, nothing good about that situation at all.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT break your lease with them. I was presented with a bill of 3k upon move out. We even cleaned the apartment top to bottom, that during the inspection the lady mentioned she had never seen a cleaner apartment, but that didn't help, no money was give or any help...that totally sucks. You have to pay back all discounts given to you for the period that you live there, and with such high rent, the only way they get people to move in is to offer discounts...Please take this into consideration, do not plan on easily breaking your lease...I would hate anyone to have to go thru what we did.

The staff is helpful if you get them away from their smoke breaks, but as said before very little support for people that take advantage of a buyers housing market. Getting a call back is sometimes a long process. (This was the staff there at the end of January it has perhaps changed since then)

Overall the apartments look very nice and are in a great location, but have some many problems, and parking, TRASH...oh yeah and two car garage...sorry you only get one opener!! Its sad that such nice looking apartments are so cheap inside...truly a shame, I really wish I could recommend it, but my conscience just won't allow me to...renter beware!
