Overall I would recommend this complex to others. Compared to our last apartment, we really don't have much to complain about. We live on the second floor in a two bedroom two bath. We really don't hear a lot of noise. The apartment is roomy and we have been told by many of our guests that is feels like a small house. The heating and air always work. We have not had to replace any lightbulbs or anything else and we have been here 8 months now. Having a garage is really nice, although even the two bedroom only comes with a one car garage. And only one garage opener. This gets really annoying because we have to switch places according to who is leaving first...but it is liveable. The staff is ok, helpful when you need it. Not entirely the most friendly though. The maintainence people are awesome! They even helped me shovel my car out from the snow one time. The gym and other amenities are very nice and kept up very well. I especially liked that there are free tanning beds you can use at any time because normally that can cost up to $100 at a salon. The only thing I consider bad is the guest parking. There is literally no guest parking. I am not sure if this is because residents use up the parking though. Overall we have had a nice experience at these apartments and I highly recommend them. Apartments are still going to be apartments no matter how high end you go.
