I have been a tenant now for 1 1/2 years. Rent renewal at the end of my 1 year lease got hiked up $150.00!! Ouch. The staff is very uncaring and has NO customer service skills to talk about. My furnace was found to be a "health hazard", had never been cleaned and my daughter has major allergies. The only reason I thought to look at the furnace was at the request of her doctor. After, sitting down with the office staff over a week ago they assured me they would look into it when they do their "Annual Inspections" around the 1st week of August. I would have to wait and that was the best that they could do! From a mother's perspective that is just NOT good enough!!!

Maintenance of their so called club house is awful, it is never kept up on, the pool that has been stated as being "heating" is Never even remotely WARM.

It's really sad, the place could be the BEST Place in the world to live if there was the least amount of effort. It is a big disappointment. They have a "Trash Compactor" where all residents have to go to dump their trash. The Trash Compactor is broken more than it works. Many of us residents have gone in to the office to ask for them to discard the Trash Compactor and have regular trash pickup that picks up at each resident like many of the other complexes do. They denied that request! I feel bad for the residents that live right across from this Trash Compactor because it is always a mess and smells something awful!!!

Beware, initial looks can be DECEIVING!!!
