I too had them quote me a higher price for the apartment when I went to sign my lease. I was surprised, and they acted like this was normal business practice.

Move in - apt was not that clean and most of the mini blinds were bent. Not as nice as the model for sure.

The trash area is disgusting but only because the residents are too lazy to open the door to the trash compactor and just sit the trash next to it. It becomes impossible for anyone to get to the trash compactor, and the trash pile becomes a mountain. Totally gross. What I don't understand it that this happens all of the time and the office does nothing to change the situation.

I find it to be one of the best insulated apts I have ever lived in.

The maintenance staff is nice, but sometimes it does take a long time to get things handled.

Some of the leasing staff is very nice, some are extremely snobby. Just depends on who you talk to.

IMPORTANT IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER....do not rent here unless you can get used to small jets and airplanes flying right over your head at all hours of the night. It feels like they are going to literally land on your head. Many sleepless nights.

If you have small children, be aware that the residents drive twice the speed limit around corners and through the complex. It is quite dangerous if you live on a corner.

Work out room is nice and pool has been fine for us all summer.

No parking for anyone but the resident. Never been able to find parking in the evenings or weekends for my friends to visit.

Dog poop situation is decent. Seen it much worse in other complexes. I do see residents watch their dog poop, look around to see if anyone is watching, then leave it. This happens everywhere though.
