Lazy leasing agent, very unprofessional, SCAM From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The meadows at meridian leasing agent and management is a joke. Before you gave them money for downpayment, they will nice and friendly to you. After they got you, they are very rude and unhelpful. Be careful if you are looking for a specific location and they dont have it yet "DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT". They will offer you different apartment and tell you that they will keep you posted "LIED" they never called you or informed you. When you call them, they won't help you unless your specific leasing agent there. They will put you thru her voice mail. NO Help at all. Then when they have your specific location, they raise the apartment rate because they said you hold an apartment for the old one. NOT ONLY THAT, they will ask you to write a new check for security deposit "THIEF" because they said your old security deposit was for different apartment. Really guys, be careful with their SCAM. They like to steal and there is no body in their office willing to help you without being cranky on their voice/face. I never have this experience before from any other apartment complex. They dont believe on working as a team player between them. Worst experience ever..
