What a place to live! I've been very impressed by the whole experience. Since my work is stressful, busy and lots of deadlines, it's a breath of fresh air to come home to the Meadows at Meridian. It's great to have the office people know my name, to trust the guys fixing my home and the friendliness of the property manager! I live around some very nice and influential neighbors. When a person lives in apartments there are some things we get used to, sometimes those neighborly sounds give me a little sense of security that someone is close enough by to help if I need it. I would highly recommend living here. Get to know your people in the office! They're wonderful. I've been in the office when a grumpy, bad attitude person comes in and watch with amazement how the team bends over back ward to help, while always maintaining respect and authority over the situation. Well, what do you do' Everyplace one goes, you get a couple bad apple people trying to assert their own nastiness onto everyone.

I agree, the staff turn-around wouldnt allow any to remember your name and with that new construction thats going on in that area, I don't believe the noise is tolerable. The neighbors aren't there to help, I had my apartment broken into and nobody saw or heard a thing.... One last thing, I have been in that office and was fine until dealing with the staff, I left grumpy and with an attitude.... no bending over backward for me.

Wow, if I ever heard an attempt to turn around the ratings online it's this one. Lame. Everyone who has ever lived there knows, the office staff sucks, period...it's the lowest rated on all the rating, but this one is almost perfect? Please! This should be removed as a fake review....morons.

If you're contemplating a move to this complex & are trying to decipher the truth in these comments...well, we lived here awhile and hate each day of it. Take my word for it...all of the responses to this original comment are completely true and accurate!!
