I enjoyed most things about Parker except for this place. Whilst on the exterior it appeared to be a solid built complex, inside was another story. I am not sure if when building they thought it would be best to skimp on materials and put up paper for walls, but while in bed I could hear my neighbor dialing his phone. The walls were so thin that it became a joke for my neighbor to wish any of my overnight guests a pleasant nights dream!! The thin walls were also prone to having what can only be described as "bubbles" on the paint show-up. This caused all sorts of issues when hanging a picture as they just seemed to cause the paint to flake (which maintenance would just show-up and badly patch with more paint).

This thin construction also carried to the overhead noise of the plane traffic to Centennial and the base. When a C30 transport comes by, you will definitely hear and feel it as the whole of the building will shake. Heck, for that matter if someone runs a blender you will feel and hear it, so who cares about the planes!!

Living on "open preserve" and paying a view premium was a joke as all that meant was I could see all the unleashed dogs running about using the un-watered and un-mowed lawn as a toilet. Worse yet was that even though you reported the issue, the management staff was more apt to gossip to you about the person than acting upon it. To their credit, they did actually put in a sprinkler system, but that was just to water the weeds and dog feces I suppose.

Overall if you are looking for a pretty on the outside and shoddy on the inside place, you can't get a better location. If you want a quality place, don't look here!
