never again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999   I live in the Hilltop apartments when I first got out of high school, and it seemed like everyone else in Parker did too! It was parties all the time and definately cops there all the time. It was more like a frat house then an upscale apartment complex. The trash dump was all the way in the front of the complex so you had to either put your trash in the car and drive it up or walk all the way over (which was far since we were in the very back). The parking was ridiculous. Nowhere to park unless you got home at 2pm. Get a bike if you wanna live there. When I moved out they tried to lay all these bogus charges on me and I had a good friend that they did the same too. Also I was paying way more than others there because they have low income so I paid about $200 more a month then them. The lock on the pool and hot tub was broke and to my knowledge still is. People go there fromt the townhouses down the street and use the pool. Some people bombed the hot tub and it was out of service for 4 months before fixed. And once I even went down to the pool and a bunch of kids maybe 14 yrs old were skinny dipping. Just not my kinda place. If you move there check all this out. You dont want to be stuck there!
