I can be about 90% sure that every one of the individuals that gave this property a bad review, was a deadbeat.
What happened, did you expect the manager to waive the late fee, and then decide that this property was not fit for human populations' I think we all agree that when immature morons don't get their way, they blame everyone else for their misfortune.
I pay my rent every month on time.
It is only fair considering the rent is fair.
And I am not on any government aid program either.
I pay full market rent.
So, in conclusion, pay your rent, and quit expecting the world to be handed to you.

I don't live there.. I was considering it. Some of the posts are obviously from management!!! I am in a bad community right now. I have only been here 6 weeks and they won't fix anything, keep their promises given before the lease was signed, lie about everything and are incredibly unproffessional. WE PAY OUR RENT ON TIME.. THE FIRST OF THE MONTH! WE ARE MUCH OLDER THAN AN IMMATURE MORON! Some places really do suck! Then there are the people who view all of life through their rose colored glasses because they are too timid to confront reality. Watch how you make your judgements before you know the whole story. It sounds like you need to grow up a bit yourself! p.s. The lousy place I am soon moving out of is Pinnacle DTC! Tell a Friend!!!
