Ok..so you the last poster (who must be a mgr for this property) like living here...not all of us are as fortunate with our experience. When you have to request maintainace to fix heat 4 times and it still does'nt work or ask property managers to nicely request that your neighbors don't play loud music til 4am (only after we asked the neighbors ourselves and told to "F" off) and still it never gets done...you loose respect for those parties. This is only a minimal part of what problems I have incurred while living here. And yes, I paid my rent on time and sometimes early.
