My sister and I lived at parker Hilltop for over a year. When we first signed our lease in November we told the office that we both had 2 rabbits and wanted to know what kind of pet deposit / rent...they told us none. We were soooo happy! The next year..actually almost exactly a year later they did a utility check and we got a notice saying that we had violated our lease by having unauthorized animals...WHAT'! We showed them our original paperwork that showed that we asked and told them about the rabbits. They were under new management and evidently LOST our original paperwork and said if we wanted to stay we needed to pay pet rent and deposits..or leave....SO WE LEFT!!!



I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN SUCH A PLACE THAT DOESN?T RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE COMPLEX WAS EXTREMLEY NOISY..VERY UNCLEAN..I COULD HEAR MY LITTLE 90LBS NEIGHBOR WALK ACROSS HER LIVING ROOM LIKE SHE WAS 400 LBS MAKING OUR LIGHTS SHAKE. COPS THERE ALL THE TIME...VERY HIGH RENT FOR SUCH A CRAPPY ASS PLACE...

I used to live upstairs from you and I remember the smell coming from your apt. I'm glad they wouldn't let you have the rabbits they stunk.
