I moved from Hawaii due to a job transfer last year and was aprehensive about living in an apartment. I was utterly surprised at the professional and friendly demeanor of the office staff. My experience signing the lease couldn't have gone better. I was greeted with several smiles, even after I signed the lease and was just in the office picking up a package. When I moved into my apartment, I realized that this was so much like a house that I had toured earlier that week. The spacious floorplan and quality construction had me convinced that I had made the right decision. The maintenance men are the most dedicated, professional and learned individuals I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They wave hello whenever I see them, and always have any repairs to my home fixed within 24 hours (most done the same day). I know that they have the skill and experience to do well in another profession, but they seem to be doing what they love and never complain. If you are looking for a community that obviously cares for it's tenants (and constantly shows you too), then Parker Hilltop Apartments should definitly be at the top of your list.
