The apartments, while fairly new, are so poorly designed that every footstep, door opening or closing, etc is clearly heard on the lower floors. Keep in mind that these apartments are "pet friendly" which is great as long as they enforce the limits (which they don't). The folks upstairs had 3 dogs and 2 cats that liked to chase each other at all hours. Combine that with a couple of teenagers and you can imagine the noise. Management simply didn't care and never even attempted to address the problems I had for over 6 months. Stay away from these apartments if you value your peace and quiet.
