I am still living at the hilltop due to the fact that I am not losing my deposit! I do not recommend this place unless you are complete white trash! Pull into the parking lot and you can tell by the residents' cars. Not to mention the staff that looks like a bunch of Section 8 moms. The pool is infested with gutter punk kids and is always cold due to a "heater problem". The breezeways are used to store trash until it is picked up at 11am and attracts the nearby field mice that now occupy almost every apartment. The windows are very thin and you can feel cold air through every seal in the place. You can definately tell that the property was cheaply built because for the first couple years the place was holding up but she sinking fast!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well first of all the employees that work there look nothing like Section 8 moms. They are beautiful with lots of class, and as you can see they have a lot going for them unlike the angry tenants that they evict because they dont know how to pay there bills. Parker Hilltop is a great community we lived there for about 1 year while we were waiting for our house to be built in the Timbers. The reason we choose to lease there is becasue of how wonderful the staff is. They treated us like royalty! The maintenance team was perfect if we ever needed anything they were always there and most of the time it was that same day! I have seen how much the staff and the mgmt company takes cares about Parker Hilltop by the way they take care of this property. SO BACK OFF JUST BECAUSE YOU WERE JEALOUS OF HOW PRETTY THE STAFF WAS DOESNT MEAN YOU HAVE TO BASH ON THEM!
