To me it looks like this site is turning into an open forum for internet warriors. I am looking for an apartment in Parker, CO and found nothing on this listing that looks credible or influential. I mean who would air their dirty laundry in a public forum to create a backing for their story (the mom dealing with the detective)' And on the other side, could there truly be someone who has never had a problem with who they rent from (the happy happy last post)' I mean if the rents are too steep, say it. If the parking situation is bad, say it. Don't beat around the bush and create a broad attack that no one but yourself can understand. But also if your experience is good, it's worth repeating that also. Nobody likes one sided attacks. It sounds like every post is completely biased! Maybe there were other factors involved in your experience that you didn't consider. I visited these apartments yesterday and even though it looked like the whole staff was on the phone, a maintenance person asked if I was being helped and ran off and found someone to help me. I took a tour of an apartment, signed an information card and left to look for apartments elsewhere. I was never treated with any disrespect and I might add the apartments they have for show are quite beautiful. When I arrived I did notice the parking lot was full (I had to park next to the curb) and I noticed the parking lot is in dire need of a seal coat (what I do for a living) That is my story, I hope that someone looking for an apartment will take from this as an above average rating. To all others posting, please keep in mind that most will skip over the nonsense and obvious tall tales (good or bad), but some will take it to heart. You are really helping no one.

Are you dense? You viewed the apartment breiefly. You don't have any experience of living there and for those of us that have children it does help. I for one do not want my children living in the slumps. Anyone has a right to pay rent and live in a peaceful environment. Not come home to stress and feel uncomfortable where they lay their head at night. Who are you kidding? Of course the staff will be very nice to anyone interested in moving here and put on their best show. It's called luring a victim in by pure manipulation. Yes, the apartment they showed you looked great..why would they show you one that didn't? Readers, if your coming from out of state and aren't sure where to live...don't move to castle rock or Parker! There is nothing but drugs everywhere and spoiled brat teenagers who are disrespectful.

Hey, Hey, Hey!!! I have lived in Parker my entire life, and I take offense to that statement. You obviously have lived in the area for a very short amount of time to make an asenine comment like that. Readers, Parker is a wonderful town with big city ameneties. The police department is VERY capable of handling any drug or spoiled brat teenager problems. Truthhurts06 should be viewed as a comedian, because this person obviously reads only fiction.

You moron, Never once did I mention that the town Parker itself was bad directly. This is a apartment ratings site. This comment was made in respect to moving in to an apartment in Parker.There is a huge difference between a home owner vs. a rental tenant. Parker has it's good qualities but the apartment complexes are not safe, let's be honest here. Anyone with a child should not move in to that situation. Would you place your small children in to a drug infested/crime middle class neighborhood? Surely these towns were once beautiful and peaceful. It's the heavy population that is moving in and ruining it. Yes, I applaud the police, they can only do so much. It's the parents who lack control over their children. You apparently indulge in to reading a lot of fantasy. Wake up!Instead of living in a dream, realize that this is a problem and something needs to be done about it.

Evidently you are not reading all the postings thoroughly. Similar tangible issues are raised by many different posters going back years. Now either we all got together and cooked up some great conspiracy against the Parker Hilltop people or these issues are real and shouldn't be ignored. Frankly I don't care what you choose to believe or find credible. It will be you stuck in the Projects for a year not me.

Yes, I did state that. The shopping, schools etc. are wonderful in Parker. The town is of great convienance is what I meant. Surely not everyone in that town is bad, however the majority of them are. Who is on drugs? lol. I bet you moved here from California or the greater North East. Go smoke some more pot or go jump off a bridge please
