I have lived in many apartments across the country, and this is by far the worst when it comes to communities. When you move in you have to sing a no recreational vheicle agreement, but there are boats on the property. Dogs must be under a 65 lbs, but there is a 90lb that lves in the community. Cars must have current plates, there are many that have not moved in months according to the oil spills under the cars and the flat tires that exist. As for neighbors, I feel like i live in the deep south with all of the noise and parties on the weeknights.
