We never actually got to move in, so I cannot comment on that... but we tried and tried to get office staff to cooperate to move in. We filled out apps., payed fees, put in deposit, etc. Were very anxious to move in and got on wait list for the summer. We never recieved any calls after 2-3 months of being on the list. We had to call finally to ask about available apartments. They would not speak to us for the first few calls, kept saying they would call back and didn't. When we finally spoke to someone we were told that no apartments (of the model we chose) would be available for another 4 months. We were very upset to have to wait so long to find out we had to start from scratch and search for a new apartment. However, we found another place in the same area, so we are glad they were not cooperative in the end.

In response to this comment, I would like to say that as a member of this staff, the visit date was March 7, with the guest wanting a move date of June 25. Since the majority of our leases end on the last day of the month, it is difficult to guarantee any such move in time, but we certainly do the best we can. I was in contact with this guest April 16, granted, he did have to contact us, but since we make notes in each file every time we talk to a prospect, the time frame of 2-3 months is a little inaccurate.Considering that we have 7 units available in that floorplan for the end of June to the middle of July, I consider these remarks inflammatory and with no basis. Of course people are going to be upset no matter what, and that is something I understand, but stretch the truth.
