Parker Hilltop

the apartments themselves are old, all the blinds were damaged when i moved in, the carpet was stained and had many paint spots, and the windows harldy move up or down. I can hear my neighbors snoring and peeing. I can even smell the smoke from their cigarettes in my bedroom.the walls block out no noise. i can never find a parking spot by my building. all my neighbors are teenagers who party 24/7. i've even seen them dump trash from their car into their parking space. no one cleans up after their dogs. the staff will never return your call. i had to call 3 times about some one putting empty pizza boxes in front of my door, and never got a return call. the police are always around arresting kids for drugs and enforcing the noise regulations. there are 3 dirtbikes in my building alone, and their owners drive them on the sidewalks and through the buildings. a few beer bottles are left in the stairwell every weekend. this is a great place if you want to party, but if you are a working single parent like myself, it is horrible. you get what you pay for. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
