Parker Hilltop Apartments are awful. The staff is unhelpful. They cannot get their billing system correct. I moved out and continued to get sent paper bills for rent for apartment I wasn't living in. They said it was their "computer system being confused." The crime in the apartments is awful. The crime is so high, it has caused the surrounding home values to decline.

Parker PD will give you a report as to the crime in this community, and how it relates to the surrounding area; to say the surrounding home values have declined is ridiculous!

I have heard two opinions on crime at this complex: 1. A townhome owner nearby told us that they love this apartment complex. 75 percent of their renters come to them from there because of a bad experience. 2. Several people have said that most of the crime in Parker occurs at this complex, some have said the police have told them that, but that is unsubstantiated. ..as far as real estate prices go, generally the apartments wouldn't have an effect, other than maybe being an undesirable location for some
