Parker Hilltop

Parker Hilltop Apartments seem like a nice place to live. Don't get sucked into that because my husband and I did and we are SO sorry we did.
Last December my car was stolen right out of the parking lot. When I called the managment to report the theft had taken place, they refused to notify my neighbors of this incident citing it as an isolated incident. I felt my safety and the safety of my neighbors were in question and they still opted to do NOTHING!
Then, in May the apartments had a raping in a garage. The managment hired a courtesy patrol and that lasted all of about a month.
Parking is another issue. God help you if you have to go out after dark because you will have to park a good block away from your apartment. With all the crime in this little neighborhood, who wants to do that.
The children in this neighborhood are a whole other issue. There are several hoodlum children who no one seems to watch. Just this morning at 9:00 AM a little kid knocked on my door as loudly as he could and ran away. When I contacted the managment, the little snip on duty made the child apologize instead of contacting the parents.
The managment is AWFUL. They do nothing, but don't hesitate to take away any of the amentites they do have, and raise your rent.
I know Parker Hilltop is cheaper than all the other places in the area, but if you can at all avoid it, do not move here. Save yourself the headache in the long run.
