I've lived here at Parker Hilltop for 3 1/2 years and haven't had any problems. I will likely release again. I've head a lot of complaints, which I do know are valid (Section 8, crime, "hoodlum kids") but personally I have had really good luck here. My building is quiet. Never had a noise problem, never had problems with neighbors, staff has always been nice to me. The apartments are attractive and affordable. I like the fact that there is a playground and that it is right next to the bike trail. Even inspite of the comments about crime, I personally do not feel unsafe at all. They are the most affordable apartments in Parker.
