I have lived at Parker Hilltop for just under a year. We have had a few issues... Some have been resolved, some haven't.

Renee (in the leasing office) is awesome! There is one other lady I like in the office (can't think of her name), she is very nice aswell. The other people in there are kind of rude, but I might have just caught them on an off day.

Parking isn't too bad on the side of the complex that I live on, except for this one lady who parks in the handicapped striped zones every night. My roommate and I have complained several times and so far nothing has been done... :(

We live on the third floor so we don't really hear anyone.. I think my roommate might have mentioned hearing the people below us once (doing the "you know what"... yuck!) Glad I didn't hear them! haha

The snow removal couldn't have been helped... For god's sake, it was considered a state-wide disaster! If the staff had a remote to turn the snow off, I'm sure they would have.

The trash pick up system is pretty discusting. Something could be done to improve it, I'm sure.

There are people that party a lot and there are a lot of cops here, but if you don't cause any drama and just stay out of everyone else's, you'll do just fine.

It's apartment living... You can't expect much more. It isn't the staff's fault this place isn't the best and they work on commission so they aren't going to tell you all of the juicy details. It's an apartment complex, once again... You get what you pay for.
