This used to be a nice complex. Management changed and the new management started to lease to anyone who had deposit money. The owners changed property management companies several times, but left the same rude incompetant office staff running the place. I've been the victim of an incompetant bookeeper several times and they still haven't fired her. Besides the high rent, they bill you separately for trash, sewer and water. Here's the killer; you may live all alone in your apartment but they expect you to share the water bill with the apartments with 2 and more people. There are no individual water meters, they just split up the building's water by the number of apartments. It's not unusual to live in a 1200 ft apartment and get a $50.00 water bill. Some of these apartments have 4 and more people and if you come home after 9 pm, you often have to park in the middle of the complex and hoof it back to your place. They refuse to put in designated parking. There has been a rape in the complex and don't forget to lock your car.There have been numerous complaints of noisy parties but the office staff doesn't evict the trouble makers.
