We have lived here for two years, thanks to our neighbors. The management is constantly changing and they are always very rude. The windows are so terrible that you can actually feel the wind coming in. We had to get drapes to maintain the temperature in the winter. We have recently gotten a notice to remove our drapes! If they don't want their residents saving energy, they should replace their windows. The apartment looks nice but they definitely cut serious corners. The carpet isnt even the right size. Where it attaches to the kitchen, it is about a centimeter too short and you have to step over it because the nails stick up. The paint is so cheap is simply wipes right off. The pool has not been heated since we've lived here and the hot tub works 70% of the time. Their is one dumpster and it is filled and there is always junk piled around it. You can hear absolutely everything from every apartment around us including people walking in the hallway. I do not recommend living here at all. The prices were low when we moved in and it seems that recently you can get a much better apartment in a much better area for at least $100-$200 less.
