This is without a doubt the worst appartment complex I have ever lived in. The management is near unwilling to accomidate you for mistakes they make. You have to tell them multiple times before anything is adjusted should they make a financial mistake. We had mold growing in the water outtake for the washer and we were told not to worry it was just discoloration. The oven leaked so much heat through the top stove unit that we couldnt place anything on top when using the oven because it would cause it to warp and maintenance said it wasnt an issue. They don't have multiple dumpsters for discarding trash just a single one, so you are allowed to put your trash on the corner, but if its out there after 7 am they actually go through your trash an look for something with your name on it so they can fine you for having your trash out after 7, regardless of the fact that there are still bags of trash out there till noon.
