I lived at Ranchstone for 3 years. When I gave them the 60 days required notice that I was moving out, that's when the trouble began. I was given a list of expenses that made no sense. One was "Insufficient notice given". I called to ask them about it and they said it was for a different expense, they just labeled it that.
Then they accused me of stealing the washer / dryer I rented from Appliance Warehouse. I had to fax my agreement with Appliance Warehouse and follow up with the Ranchstone management to prove I didn't steal them.
Then I called to see when my security deposit was on its way. They told me I never paid one, that they waived it when I signed my lease! That is such a lie. I was stupid and didn't keep any documentation so I'm SOL.
