I just moved up here from Colorado Springs and this place is the absolute best there is!! Great staff, really friendly, know what they're doing. I had a couple maintenance issues when I first moved in, but they came out right away and fixed everything and were really friendly and talked to me and my family while working. There wasn't that awkward silence at all. They even called me a few days later to make sure they fixed everything to my satisfaction!! HUGE kudos there!
Parking is amazing!! I work the night shift in the Springs and don't get home until 2 am. And 90% of the time I get a spot that 5-6 spaces away. At the worst I have to walk maybe 40 feet.
I have a great view that backs right up to a walking trail and even though we're so close to E-470 you really don't even notice the traffic noise.
Appliances run great and are pretty good quality, especially with what I've seen/delt with in apartments.
Other tenants are very friendly. I met a really nice friend before I even moved in when I came to check out the place!
The town is awesome! You're really close to Denver and all the attractions there, yet you really get a smaller town feel. They have all of your major stores here and King Soopers is like 3 min away!
I would recommend this complex to anyone, anyday!! It's the best out there!

You just moved here, wait a few months and then see what you think. The only reason they were "so nice" is to get you to sign the lease. When something happens in a month or two or you have a problem in a month or two their response to everything is "i'm sorry but we can't do anything about that" or "we will see what we can do" and you will never hear from them again. My suggestion...MOVE OUT ASAP!

I already signed the lease, they don't have to be nice to me anymore to get me in, I'm in there until my lease is up, but they are nice. Have you ever thought that you may be the problem? Maybe you should move out if it's that horrible for you, cause they're extremely nice to me and have fixed every problem I have had.

I live there and have never had a problbem with any one in the office or the maintenance staff. I always refer my family and friends to come move to the community. I take offense that someone would suggest that the office personal dont't care about us. Everytime I go pick up packages, I get great reception. Those gals are just so nice.
