The management is the rudest I have ever delt with. The walls are thin and when you have kids that have babies living above you, and you feel the parents are louder than the kids, and management does not stand behind you and help you there is then issues!!!
I called about the apartment being loud at least once or twice a week, and then when I would call management about the issue to see if it was handled they would say Im sorry I never recieved your call, even though after hour service is suppose to document each call!! And then the management would expect us to talk to them ourselves and when we did and nothing was being done, then they said they would sit with us and be a mediator! That is the most stupid thing I have ever heard, because we pay them they dont pay us!!! I feel that they do not care about thier tenants or they would stop problems or let us moved to another location since they have many apartments!! But they dont!! It looks nice but it is loud and then you have people working on the property all day long, so it is never quiet!! Loud mowers, blowers and the staff watching you like a hawk, and then if you want to put flyers up to sell something they take it down within 5 minutes of putting it up so you know they watch you like crazy!!! It says internet service, but you can never get in because they have teenagers in the computer rooms playing games for hours and never care to share! And when you come home late from work there is no parking, a bunch of handicapped spots which is good, but when you work late you would like to be able to park next to your building!! So save your money all these troubles are not worth it!! The garden tub is the only thing great about the place!!!!
