We moved when it was only 20% occupied. The noise has been moderate due to the fact the 3 bedrooms are popular with the younger crowds and for two years we had 2 different sets of 6 college aged people in our 2 neighboring apartments each had their own car so it was extrememly difficult to find parking. Have had issues with noise during the weekends or after-hours. Office says call the police but police say it is private property and they cannot enforce pool regulations. Very easy to hear people walking through hall or above you. Can hear people talking outside or below. Tile is peeling in both bathrooms and kitchen; fixed twice. Stone Canyon is good but new owners could make the property better for the money.
