If you are looking for quiet then this is not the place to be. Almost every night you can hear cars revving their engine or racing thru the parking lot. You can hear the people above you, around you and outside thru the walls. Every morning in the summer there is someone doing noisy gardening work.

I didn't have a problem with parking as there are 15 or more open on the side we are on and we have an attached garage.

Oh yes, the worst problem is if you don't have an balcony that faces South. You have to go with Direct TV/Quest without the ability to get HD programming. No Cable available.
You also have only one option of high speed internet thru quest DSL, which in my opinion sucks in terms of speed.

The last thing that I have a problem with is that the heater is outside on the patio in an enclosed space and heating the apartment takes longer.
