We lived here for one year and would gladly stay longer if we were remaining in the area. The apartments are newer and well kept. Occasionally the staff can be rude or act annoyed, but for the most part they were nice and helpful.
They require you to have your carpets cleaned yourself before you move, which we find ridiculous, since they seem to do it themselves after a resident moves out. The carpet was not replaced when we moved in, and we did find some flaws, but it was in fairly good condition.
Some of the hardware is cheap and has needed to be fixed a couple times, but the inside and outside of the apartments are very attractive and cozy. Overall, this is the best apartment complex I have lived in and a great area to walk a dog. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I also lived in this apartment complex for a year. I found the apartment staff to be extreemly rude and inconsiderate. Towards the end of my lease with the apartment I had given them notice multiple times that I would be moving out. After I had already moved out, they told me they had never recieved the notice and charged me with another months rent. The apartments are nice but I dont recommend living there because of the staff.

Actually - not everything you read is true. Trailside does not require or even recommend that you clean the carpets when you move out - because they tell everyone that they will clean the carpets themselves because it is cheaper. As far as notices go - if a person is adament that they gave notice but they did not keep a copy to back it up - that is the responsibility of the resident. Grow up baby - adults live here!

Even though the leasing staff may be abit on the rough side, I thought that the maintenance staff was very helpful and fixed everything in a timely maner. The grounds are always nice and other residents that I met are also nice!!
