There has been a huge improvement in the grounds.

But office staff kelly is the worst person to deal with.

She don't care nothing about you.

She has no clue what end is up.

the maintence crew looks like they just got out of prison and is on work release.

the pool is kept up.

the only problem is the staff.

A few months ago, I would have agreed. But,the manager left and things seem to be changing. My boy friend and I love using the jacuzzi and the heated pool. They have now decided to close the pool until Memorial Day and the jacuzzi is not open either. also - the club house facilities can now only be used during office hours. Our lease is up in March and we are not sure if we will renew.

The office staff is great. The new manager sucks!!!!! She has no idea what she is doing and does not care to learn. ashe is very rude to the residents and acts like we bother her..

I have to agree about the manager Kelly. She's RUDE. Really nice up until I signed a lease. After that, she's been a -----. I didn't renew my lease & was told I would receive my entire deposit back. Got a letter in the mail that they're deducting $65 for spraying the carpet for "Pet Biokill". Funny because I never had a pet for the 6 months I lived there. Also, they claim I have a $29 balance on my account (for what?) and $54 for trash/water bill (those were all paid) I went in 1 day before my final move out day to do a walk-thru & return keys and reviewed the acct with Dan in the office. He said it was all good and I would receive my entire deposit back in 4-6 weeks. I went in today and Kelly refused to let me view my acct. or give me any itemization of my acct. She made a derogatory comment to me for which I told her she's a -----, then she tried calling the police! Ha ha ha! I still don't know what the money was deducted for. bummer, I guess I'll be working on this for a while.
