They reel you in with their fake smiles and promises. Once they get you here they turn into devils. It used to be a great place to live but not anymore, they are moving anyone in here even felons. They say they don't take no one that has a felony but the lie. You see nothing but young kids moving in, the age is supposed to be 21 that is not the case. The place is run down with dog poop everywhere. There is no point in watering the grass, it is dying from the nasty dogs. There is a lot of vandalism. Management is very rude. Rent is too high for what you get, they have taken away a lot of the amenities and have raised the rent. They are even too cheap to put out cookies. They say it was costing too much, they pool used to be open all year. Now is is only open from May to Sept., the club house used to be open late, now it is only open during business hours. But most of all THE MANAGEMENT sucks, it is not what it used to be.

A few months ago, I would have agreed. But,the manager left and things seem to be changing.
My boy friend and I love using the jacuzzi and the heated pool. They have now decided to close the pool until Memorial Day and the jacuzzi is not open either.
also - the club house facilities can now only be used during office hours.
Our lease is up in March and we are not sure if we will renew.

The office staff is great. The new manager sucks!!!!! She has no idea what she is doing and does not care to learn. ashe is very rude to the residents and acts like we bother her..
