I've lived here for several years, and have noticed the maintenance of the property, especially the grounds, are suffering lack of attention. There is dog poop everywhere, which is extremely frustrating to those of us who DO clean up after our dogs! More than a couple of seasons have past, and STILL some of the trees have hanging broken branches from heavy snow. Overall, the grounds are becoming increasingly more and more neglected. The common hallways & walkways often have trash, or just look dirty, and the dog trash bins are not emptied often enough. Recently, one bin had piles of filled doggie bags sitting on the ground, because the trash can was already overflowing! The office management changed recently, and it seems things are worse since this change took place. They even tried to charge every resident an equal amount of water bill for an oversight on their part. In fact, the water bill just keeps going UP! I like my apartment floor plan, and most of my neighbors, so I hope the management improves on upkeep of the grounds, and stop trying to squeeze every last dollar of their long term residents by constantly raising rent. I referred a friend of mine to live here a couple of years ago, but I would not do it again based on the changes I've experienced.
