I would never suggest to a friend to move here. Heck, I wouldn't even suggest it to an enemy! Our 6 month lease is up and we just signed another 1 year lease 2 days ago but I want to get out of here asap!!! Not only are they way over priced, they have keep taking away amenities from the residents left and right. I totally agree with an earlier post that the grounds need serious TLC. My toddler and I don't walk around much because there are piles and piles of dog crap every where! I'm not over exaggerating. It's disgusting. Maintenance: You have to wait weeks and file work orders several times to finally get them done. The maintenance quality is amateur at best. When I first saw the apartment (after we moved in.) I told Jaime the maintenance work was shoddy and she looked kinda shocked. Hello! You live here to Jaime! Well, you did until the new manager evicted you then told you to get back to work. I'm not even going to go into the office politics that are going on right now.
They advertise to be "luxury apartments", but are far from it. Two weeks ago I made a work order that we have mice and had to keep calling them to come. They finally came...sorry for that interruption another mouse just ran across my kitchen floor... as I was saying, they finally came and we caught 4 mice in a matter of hours!!! We keep our apartment very clean and now it's infested with mice!!! Their solution: we'll call pest control next week. Hello! If my toddler gets bitten by a mouse or gets sick from eating mice feces there WILL be a lawsuit. Again, DO NOT MOVE TO TRAILSIDE APARTMENTS. Unless you are desperate and are not willing to live under a bridge.
And another thing, I had a scary incident when I came home from the park one fall afternoon and my door was open and I heard a banging noise from inside. Long story short the office staff kindly came running w/ me back to my apartment and checked to make sure no one was hiding any where. Nothing was stolen and we were safe, thank God.

How could you say that, she is the only person that will take the time to stop and listen to what we have to say.Who else can we go to to help with a problem. The new management is the worst I have ever seen, I mean how many notices do we need explaing who she is Miss Laurie Wagner.. Ok Ok we got the point and we know your name.... And I say Miss because who would want to be her spouse..All she wants is for us to know her name.. Come On now woman.. Start managing the compex and get off your high horse. And PLEASE PLEASE give us back the amenities that we pay for.....

It's really very sad to go through these and know that someone (maybe only one sad person) has written all of these notes. All I am doing is looking for an apartment. Im not looking for "lets play who's the favorite manager". This is seriously elementary. Im tired of looking for real comments, finding out they are all made from one person who most likely got kicked out or fired from working there. Every comment has been about dog poop and the new manager...tell me something ELSE. Because looking on Rent.com they look decent and in a decent location. It's just sad that people waist so much of their life on things like this, when they should just be real and move on. I almost cant find one apartment where SOMEONE has complained. Its inevitable. But honestly cant people say good things as well so I don't feel like Im looking for an apartment that doesn't exist. I can't even find people referring you to someplace specifically better, they are just complaining. I think that if you know of a better place in the vicinity to live, why not list it and not spend time only talking about the negative aspects only. I have had so much worse than some of these places, it sounds like there must be a lot of hard to please people. This is sad. I wish people would grow up for once.

isn't that funny how jamie is gone and has been gone for a while, but yet people still talk about her... wow.. ok now for the property issues please please get someone with some leasing background in there, that would help our community a great deal...lets focus on the property and where we live instead of specific people that have nothing to do with anything ... we live here not the staff....

We may live here but the staff makes the decisions. Including such idiotic decisions as closing the clubhouse after office hours and totally closing the pool and jacuzzi until Memorial Day. The new manager is a buffoon who could care less about anybody but herself. She is hated by all of the residents that i've talked to and even her own staff. You could complain to the management company and try to get her terminated,(which she definately deserves). Unfortunately, the management company is in the process of selling the complex and could probably care less about what is going on here.

I tried not to say anything for a while, but after today I just can't hold it in anymore. I have waited two weeks to get simple maintenance work done and I have heard nothing from te confused staff that has no idea whats going on.. I thought I was the only one that had these kind of problems here, but after reading all this I guess I was wrong!!!! Please let me out of my lease so I can move to an apartment that will help the residents with the most simple problems to fix.......Thank You...
